Navigating Lens
This guide introduces the Lens user interface layout and navigation.
Interface Overview
Section titled “Interface Overview”The Lens interface consists of:
- Top Navigation - a two-tier bar across the top: tier-1 group tabs, and below them the tier-2 member pills for the selected group (there is no left sidebar).
- Header Bar - an avatar button (your first initial) that opens a dropdown
containing your name/email, Account Settings, a theme toggle, and Logout; for
admins it also shows a tenant switcher (and a
Ctrl/Cmd+K tenant palette). - Content Area - Main working area
- Breadcrumbs - Current location path
Top Navigation
Section titled “Top Navigation”Navigation is grouped into six tier-1 groups. Selecting a group reveals its
member pages as tier-2 pills. Individual pages appear only when your permissions
allow (per-item gates such as config:manage, patterns:read,
registrations:read, certificates:read, audit:read).

There is no Security group — Registrations and Certificates live under Administration, and Audit Logs under Monitoring.
Tenant Context
Section titled “Tenant Context”Multi-tenant management is done through the dedicated Tenants page under the Tenancy group. Admins also get a tenant switcher in the header (and a Ctrl/Cmd+K tenant command palette) to change the active tenant context; use the Tenants page to create and view tenants.
